Equipment is available at NO CHARGE to customers who have a physical impairment that makes it difficult for them to use the telephone. 

Certified special needs customers who are qualified for the California LifeLine discount may receive two discounted telephone lines. Documentation is needed to justify the need for a second phone line with the California LifeLine discount.
